Rosa is a Puerto Rican Barbie prototype who uses her assets to captivate the heart of the Cardiac Surgeon causing him to sacrifice his stable life for apparent greener pastures, in a scenario reminiscent to that of Adam and Eve.
This thriller extrapolates the manipulation of emotions depicted by Cain and Abel to that experienced between Alfred and his twin Aston. In early childhood, they were inseparable, but something went wrong. Now Ashton is consumed by the deadly sins of Greed, Pride and Envy, making everything he does thereafter from sleeping with Alfred's wife to murder all viable options.
How far would a bad twin go to satisfy his cravings?
