Port St. Charles Beach

Port St. Charles is an exclusive resort and marina located on the West Coast of Barbados in the parish of St. Peter, with Six Men's Bay and the rugged but stunning North Coast of Barbados to its north, and Heywoods Beach, Almond Beach Village and Speightstown to the south.

The astounding Port St. Charles development has been built around a lagoon that includes some man made islands. The luxury beach and lagoon side properties at Port St. Charles are available to purchase or rent long or short term, and many have their own berthing stations for owners' and tenants' yachts.

The luxurious properties at Port St. Charles are expensive and prestigious, and the resort also offers a first class restaurant called La Mer, various bars where guests can purchase drinks and light snacks, a gym, tennis courts, and a swimming pool.

The secure beach at Port St. Charles has an idyllic paradise island feel, and free beach umbrellas and sun loungers are provided for residents and guests. However, although all of Barbados' beaches on are public, the pristine beach at Port St. Charles is rarely busy, and it is therefore the perfect place for swimming, snorkelling and various water sports.

Port St. Charles is an official port of entry with Immigration, customs, coastguard and police, and many of the visitors to Port St. Charles arrive either by private yachts or helicopter, so casual visitors might want to think twice before arranging to visit this area. It is exceptionally streamlined, pristine and exclusive, so possibly not the ideal destination if you’re simply looking for a beach where you can relax, have fun, picnic and socialise.
