Island PlatesTucked away in a cosy little corner in a quaint and historic little town, is Island Plates. Owned and operated by the Barbadian sister pair of Pat & Marie, this Town Square, Speightstown bistro is simply a must when in need of good "Island Food". Whoever said that inexpensive was not good? They'll surely prove that theory wrong.
Variety is indeed the spice of life and this can easily be seen in the menu options that are on offer such as Breakfast, British, Caribbean, Delis, Pizza, Sandwiches, Seafood, Vegan and Vegetarian. One can't help but be tempted to eat here.
